Meal delivery speed depends on restaurant preparation time, which averages 15-30 mins. Plus our riders' delivery time which is less than 30 mins.
Yes, if order hasn't been accepted by the vendor. Once it gets accepted, order can't be cancelled again.
We've developed our very own wallet system named CUSHCOIN. Users can fund their wallet to use for purchases using bank transfer or card payment. Funds can be used for in-app purchases, and also be sent to other registered users.
YES! Just input the receiver's detail (phone number & address) at checkout.
Cushy Access is a connector between vendors & customers. So cancellation is both ways; if the merchant does not have the item available at that moment, or for any other similar reasons, they can cancel the order. And the money would be refunded back to user's Cushcoin wallet for next order.
For now, no. You can't cancel individual items. If you've changed your mind concerning a particular item, you are advised to cancel the whole order and make a new one with the right items.
After booking an online consultation from the app to be hosted on Google Meet, if you fail to meet up with the scheduled time you chose, there'll be no refunds.
